Last Cleaning: 2+ years, loose-sore
Case Description
I have an upper bridge of 4 teeth (now somewhat loose, at least 10 yrs old. 2 real left - total up top, the two 'real' need work last year. I have a 2-unit prosthetic and 7 lower 'real' teeth, one which should have broken by now (it and another's fillings fell out months ago)

I am desperate. Have basically been in oral pain for past 10 years. UNC Dental School refuses to return my calls/accept me for care other than the last 7 they pulled they were so far gone. What can I do?
