Full Mouth Reconstruction

In 2003 I had surgery for throat and tongue cancer, and since then have had been fitted 3 times for full dentures, unfortunately, none seem to be well fitted-no matter what the dentists do to help my situation, I realize it is very difficult with my problem. Is ther any way or someone who can help with this problem? I also have had 36 treatments of radiation treatments., therefore i was told implasnts are out of the question-I am at my last straw here.
