by son started getting teeth at 4 months, by six months, he had six teeth; by 8 months, he had 8 teeth; at 12 months he filled in with a total of 16 teeth in his tiny mouth. Now, he is 17 months old, and I think he is teething again -- is it likely he is already getting his second set of primary molars at this young of an age? Is there any concern I should have with his dental health since he is getting teeth so early?
