Case Description
The bottom tooth is broken and I still have the detached part of the tooth. My first choice would be to repair the tooth by reattaching the broken piece. My second choice would be a gold onlay. There is a broken composite filling between the fifth tooth and sixth tooth on the top right side. I would like to replace this with a gold filling. I will provide the JRVT dental gold.

Are You This Patient?
When selecting a new doctor, consider the following:
Quality of Explanations: Compare dentist replies. Give preference to well-reasoned, detail-oriented, transparent explanations.
Experience & Qualifications: If a dentist has a practice listing, check their practice description,
special training, typical office procedures and before & after case photographs.
Other Patients' Freedback: If a dentist has reviews, read other patients' reviews. The more
reviews they have, the more likely it is that other patients' feeback is accurate.
Treatment Costs: Dental procedure costs vary from practice to practice and depend on a variety of factors.
Because quality of patient care and treatment results vary from practice to practice most dentists will not "price-match" treatment fees of others.

I would be glad to repair the tooth for you, if my location is convenient for you. You can look at my website: www.drpence.com to see if the location suits. My lab charges about $100 for the gold cost (high noble, yellow) in a full cast crown at the moment. (3.4 grams = $100.47), and that would be deducted from any fee if the tooth required an onlay, and if you furnish the metal. We have a no-charge consult, if you wanted to have it looked at to see if it could be repaired or would require an onlay.

I am willing to evaluate the condition of your tooth. If you have adequate, current x-rays, there will be no charge for the evaluation visit. The lab charges $100 for gold. If you supply enough gold for the restorations, I will deduct the gold cost from the fee. If I can bond the tooth structure as a temporary measure, you be will charged appropriately.Call and ask for my appointment coordinator.
