need extraction, and new dentist! Am in pain, can't eat, will not take opiates AT ALL (clean by choice for 10+ mos), temp crown finally busted off, little tooth left, rather extract than crown this one....it's my left 2nd molar I believe forgot what #...lots dental work to do otherwise soon, this now SAT afternoon or SUN anytime...pls direct me somewhere within 1 hr away 28205. I do have metlife if that helps but cash is ok too 828 242 5777 cell KIM Or help on what to take for pain safely with lithium and lorazepam , ie ultram etc how much, etc that is NOT an opiate until Monday TY TY TY soo much after this...will be needing crown repair or crown, and 7 cavaties re/filled, xrays, etc by late Dec, exam, cleaning
