I am a 28 year old female who has lost almost all of her teeth. I had a really bad experience with a dentist when I was 18, and from then on have been deathly aftraid to go to the dentist. She belittled me and everything. I work for a after school program with great kids, but even when they are doing great things, I can not smile to show them how proud of them I am. I was in a abusive marriage, and Im now trying to regain myself and my self confidence, and if it werent for the same children I can not smile at, Im not sure where I would be. It hurts to just write this and Ive been searching for a pro bono dentist, or just someone that could help me, but havent found anyone in south carolina. I really would like to smile for these children, someone please help!
