Visiting Dr. Lester is always a pleasant experience. His staff is patient and they have top notch technology. Many of us from work go to his office and they are very satisfied as well. I highly recommend!

I did not like going to Dr. Lester. I am a very nervous patient and very little was done to make me feel at ease with the procedures. Also, a number of times I could still feel the drill on my teeth and when I told the dentist this, he did not immediately stop what he was doing. This made me very anxious every time I visited the office and was the main reason for my changing dentists. I would not recommend this office for those of you that are nervous patients.

My husband and I visited Dr. Lester based on the review of this website. The facilities were great. The reception staff is NOT friendly. The first time I went in for a cleaning, I didn't "sign in", and had to wait for 20min, until someone "noticed" me. They do not have sign in sheet at the front desk, but you have to show somehow that you are there. It was so ridiculous, since the staff saw me in there, but because I didn't actually say, "hello, I'm here", they didn't sign me in. Anyway, this is not the whole story. Dr. Lester changed my treatment plan about 3 times on me. The first time I came I had 3 cavities, then I had only one (that was actually fixed), and the rest of them dissappeared. Then my husband had an appointment to fix his cavities. At his initial exam, he was told that he had three cavities. When the doctor had my husband's mouth numbed up, he said that there were no cavities. My husband had to take a half day off from work, and for nothing. The cleaning didn't go so smooth for either of us, the hygienist was very rough, and it seemed like she was tearing my gums apart. My husband had the same experience. I am not going back to Dr. Lester.

Dr. Lester is quite concerned with the care of his patients. He makes sure that you understand your treatment plan and follow-up plan. He is anal about you following his treatment plan. So don't go to Dr. Lester if you don't want the best care in Charlotte. The front office staff are pleasant and professional. However, sometimes the scheduling manager can appear to be unfriendly and abrasive, but maybe she is just very serious about her work. It's not anything that would make you want to leave the care that you receive from this office.

My experience with Dr. Lester's dental office was excellent!! At first, I came in for a cleaning, the hygenist WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I haven't been to the dentist in 5 yrs because I was very afraid of going to the dentist but by going to this office it took away all of my fears. Very satisfied with my treatment at this office from the begainning to the end.

My Daughter went to Dr. Lester and was very pleased. THe waiting room was not very child friendly, so my son was pretty board. Overall the staff was plesant, when they did speak to us. We have been once and are going back. So, I guess that says a lot! If the kids are happy with him, then so am I. I didn't really like that they took her back alone. I am glad, however, that the hygenist does most of the work, but I would have rather been with her, cause you just never know anymore!

I went to Dr. Lester's office based on revies from this website. The service was excellent from the front office staff to the doctors and assistants. They help me with my insurance coverage, appts, and payments in the front office. The doctor's and assistants help me with the treatments I received today and informed me of other treatments that I need. It was a great experience and I am telling everybody about this dentist office.
