Dr. Pappert is a highly trained, compassionate dentist. She and her staff always make me feel relaxed and confident about any dental procedure - from root canals to crowns. Dr. Pappert uses sleep sedation to remove not only pain, but the fear of pain. I believe the fear of pain keeps many people from even going to the dentist; it kept me from going for several years. She also keeps up to date on procedures that I can do to help me have a healthier mouth. Now I have a nice smile due to her and I never worry about a visit to the dentist.
About Hygienist: Johnnie and Sarah are thorough and patient with me when they perform any procedures on my teeth. They know what a coward I am and they still treat me with respect.

Dr. Lori Pappert is the best dentist I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I left Lori's care for a couple of years due to insurance issues but returned to her care even though she is not in my provider network. Having another dentist for those two years just reinforced my perception of Dr. Pappert's skills. She has done a number of root canals, crowns, bridges, and a partial upper for me over the years as I have fought periodontal disease, etc. Her care and that of her staff is excellent. The office has nothing but the best in technology and is the first in the Charlotte area to offer new and improved dental procedures. Dr. Pappert has the best chair-side manner and is always upbeat, positive and takes time to explain what she plans to do and why. I have utmost faith in Lori's abilities and highly recommend you to her practice. Costs aren't the lowest but remember that you get what you pay for.

Patient Review 4:
In college, I saw another dentist in Charlotte. My wife was at another dentist, as well. When our son turned 3, we began an effort to locate a family dentist. Pappert was a referral from a friend. Long story, made short - Michael was given a slow, pleasant - downright enjoyable introduction to dentistry. There were children's days with magicians and giv-a-ways, which created a great environment for us. Michael is now 9 and has no fear of x-rays and cleanings. Our greatest benefit lay in the introduction of sealants on permanent teeth. Michael has had several and today, has no cavities. I would highly recomend Pappert for her chair-side manner and the loving care she shows children. As a family practice, you would not find a better solution.
About Hygienist: Jessica was Michael's first hygienist. Vikki has taken care of me for several years. Each has served to create a pleasant experience for us, offering recomendations that would help in my daily care.

I can not say enough about Dr. Pappert, she is truly a gifted dentist. The whole entire staff is so friendly and welcoming that you sometimes forget your actually at the dentist. I have been skeptical about dentists, and I have had my share of bad dentist working on my teeth that I am now having to pay for . I just want to say that I finally feel like I am going to a dentist who knows what she is doing and I feel at ease. Keep it up!!!
About Hygienist: Ashley is a wonderful hygienist who is very gentle and very thorough. She educates you but at the samt time doesn't make you feel like you are child, which I'm not but I have had hygienist talk down to me about basic hygiene and they make me feel bad for something that I am doing/not doing right. Very professional.

I, just like others, have a fear of dentists from having bad previous experiences. I found Dr. Pappert through close proximity to my home, but would travel to see her. I have had extensive work (root canal, two crowns and several fillings) under sedation and couldn't be more happy. Johnnie and the other staff are great. Each visit has been like seeing old friends for a chat instead of going to the dreaded dentist. Thank you Dr. Pappert for everything.

I have had several major procedures, the most significant being twelve crowns (front upper and lower). I was very impessed with her bedside manor. The procedure was relatively painless and the crowns look fantastic. Her staff is great and so is the office. They seem to invest alot in state of the art equipment. Explains the high prices..

I have never met a more thorough, meticulous, patient-oriented dentist. I had inquired about my failing bridge to several dentists over the past 5 years and it was only upon meeting Dr Pappert, and her wonderful assistants, was the problem revealed. Dr Pappert and Johnnie, her assistant, are very thorough in explaning every aspect of any procedure. The detail in preparing for any procedure was impeccable. The sedation dentistry exceeded my expectations as I experienced no pain with gum grafts and bridge restoration. Everyone in the front office greets me by name and are all genuinely pleasant. Sally, the financial specialist, is wonderful in helping address any financial concerns. The cost is mod to expensive but they are right in line with other dentists.

What a successful dental journey I have traveled with Dr. Lori Pappert and her most wonderful staff! As a long-standing patient, I have had both my upper and lower teeth crowned by Dr. Pappert. I also continue to receive dental hygeine from her office as well. Having interviewed cosmetic dentists in New York, Los Angeles, and other parts of the country, I wholeheartedly commited to working with Dr. Pappert and her staff in providing me with such extensive dental treatment. Dr. Pappert is an exceptional dentist! She is conscientious about her work and thorough in providing her patients with information, time, and treatment options. Most of all, Dr. Pappert and her staff could not be more personable! As an "out-of-towner" traveling to appointments, I appreciate how everyone goes out of their way in terms of scheduling. The office setting is first-class, and outfitted with impressive (dental) technology to make patient visits both comfortable and efficient. I strongly recommend anyone who is looking for a dentist and/or considering cosmetic denistry to contact Dr. Pappert! My only concern is -- what happens when she retires?

Dr. Pappert is a superb dentist. I have experienced the least amount of pain with her PROCEDURES of any dentist I have ever been to. She smiles and explains every procedure. The hygienists and assistants are the BEST. I have had lots of work done in this office and I would not trade them for FREE treatment. The girls out front make you feel so welcome when you arrive that you feel you are at a reception and the MOST important person there. The cost is in line with other dentist. All medical services cost and you get what you pay for. I am very happy with my teeth and I have a million dollar smile. THANKS TO DR. PAPPERT.

Dr. Papper is knowledgeable, personable, gentle, excellent at what she does, and best of all, a perfectionist. She makes sure that everything to do with the procedure is done as perfectly as possible. All treatments/visits are coordinated to accomplish the best results as well as accomodating the patient. I She has excellent assistants who make you as comfortable as possible and always keep you abreast of exactly what is being done and why. Visits to the dentist had always been a tramatic experience! This was corrected from my first visit to Dr. Pappert and her close knit staff. Due to the poor condition of my teeth and gums the work needed was extensive yet every visit was a blessing. Sedation dentistry over came my fears and allowed me to have a healthy smile and body. I now recieve compliments on my smile, some times from strangers; that never would have happened before! I highly recommend Dr. Pappert and her staff for all of you dentistry needs.

I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Pappert and it was a very pleasant experience. I have never had such a thorough examination. She made sure I knew everything she was doing. Everyone in the office was very friendly. Instead of rushing to get their jobs done Dr. Pappert and everyone else who works there all actually care about the patient and what makes them happy. They all made me feel very welcome. Dr. Pappert discussed any treatments I would need and said she would work with me to figure out the order to do them in. The office is very good about scheduling. I went in for my cleaning and that was an excellent experience as well. Patricia was the name of the lady who did my cleaning. I always dread getting my teeth poked and prodded at with the metal instruments, but she was very gentle. Everyone at the front desk was very nice and helped make my trip to the dentist a pleasant one. I would highly recommend Dr. Pappert to anyone looking for dentist in Charlotte.
