Patient Review 1:

I was referred to Dr. Linger by a co-worker .... to follow up and complete a procedure started with another Dentist. (was very displeased with their work) I found him to be excellent. He listened very attenatively to my concerns and offered options. He explained every step of what he was doing and allowed me to view my charts along with him pointing to or referring to any concerns. It was a very comfortable experience for me, more than I have ever experience at a Dentist's office. Chair-side manners was an A+. Everyone at the office was wonderful and patient. The price quoted was a few hundred dollars more then with previous Dr. ( about 500.00 to be precise) but still in the range for this type of work.

I was extremely nervous with the dental procedures needing to be done, but Dr. Linger did an amazing job at making me comfortable and relaxed. Words could not describe how terrified I was of the dentist before I went to his office.

Dr. Linger is an A+ dentist. He replaced my front crowns several years ago and what a difference. He is a perfectionist (which is good) and gave me a beautiful smile. I highly recommend Dr. Linger to anyone who cares about their dental health and appearance. His assistant Lynn is also terrific, does a great job.

They do a great job with insurance, etc. I couldn't be more pleased.

Dr. Linger is great! He has done a great job with my invisalign. I highly recommend his services. Because he does such a great job, about half the people in my company now use him as their regular dentist.

Dr. Linger and his staff are wonderful. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have never been inclined to write a review about a healthcare professional until now. I found this office, and Dr Linger, because i was shopping for a second opinion on some pending dental work I needed to have done, and the first office i went to gave me a rather high estimate as well as left me feeling a little uneasy about all the procedures I was told I needed. Not only did dr Linger and his staff handle me with the utmost degree of professionalism, i was informed that i did not "need" all the procedures that the first office had told me. I was told what i needed, what i didn't, and what could wait to be done, if need be. I left his office that day feeling like i had been talked to- not talked at. I can't say enough good about this office. From front desk to the hygenists, to Dr Linger himself, it has been a great experience.

About Hygienist: I have seen several different hygenists since i have been a patiient and unfortunately I cannot remember all their names, but they have all been exceptional. On time ( a real rarity in any physicians office), friendly, knowledgeable, and accessible. Great staff!!

Dr. Linger has terrific chair-side manner and is an excellent clinician who is able to offer his patients all of the latest options at a reasonable price. His staff handles the insurance and billing seamlessly and is very friendly.

About Hygienist: Vicci is great, very thorough and knowledgeable.

Dr. Linger is one of the best I have ever been to. Very good "chair-side" manners, quick to explain everything to whatever detail you like to hear. My family has had great success with several fillings & crowns, and the fact that my 4-year old loves going to the dentist speaks volumes about the office staff!

The facilities are amazing - well kept, clean, up-to-date equipment. Digital x-rays allow immediate viewing on the screen to make sure they have what they need without waiting for film development. The TV's available for viewing while work is being done on your teeth is a great addition to the office that is very relaxing, especially when a young kid needs dental work and can sit & watch cartoons while Dr Linger works away!

Our dental hygenist Vicki is also great at what she does, and makes it a pleasure to go to the dentist. Can't say I've ever said that about any of my previous providers before!

All I can say is wow!! I am not a frightened of the dentist nor particularly apprehensive (my previous dentist in another city was a close personal friend). Dr. Linger did everything that I needed and paid attention to the crucial aspects for me which were:

1. Pain Control

2. On time service

3. Prompt and available

One of the best experiences I have ever had - I thank my friends repeatedly who referred me - what a fabulous service they did for me!!

My name is Teresa Gault, Doctor Linger and his staff made me feel at ease, assurance of results a plus, Everyone was so nice and very cheerful in every way. I have always been afraid of dentist, but I needed veneers very bad amoung other surgery procedures, I was so pleased, I felt nothing at all, results were fabulous. Dr. Linger does excellent work, has a great demeanor, and pays very close attention to detail. I've been very happy with my filling replacements (from the old silver to porcelain-white). Also - one of the hygenists in the practice, Vicki, is by far the best hygenist that I've ever seen. I can tell she enjoys her work and she actually makes it a pleasure to visit the dentist! I would highly recommend this practice.

Very thorough new patient exam which is what I needed after moving to Charlotte and dragging my feet finding a Dentist. Sticks to appointment schedule and files insurance paperwork very fast which is great. Technology in office allows you to see pictures of your teeth and watch TV which is even better. I could not be happier with my choice and would highly recommend Dr Linger. My wife chose another dentist closer to our house and has not been as happy.

I had four crowns to replace teeth that had too many silver fillings - I think Dr. Linger does good work, I think his staff is top notch - They file the dental forms very fast.

Completely different experience than I have had with other dentists. It is clear that Dr. Linger and his team go out of there way to try to make a trip to the dentist office as fun and painless as possible. From the use of modern technology and creative use of entertainment such as DVDs, etc. you almost walk away enjoying your trip to the dentist.

Absolutely hands down the best I've ever been to! Their sleep dentistry thing is the greatest service ever. You're not actually sleeping or knocked out, but instead just calmly sedated in an "in control" manner where they can still ask you questions. The best part is that you don't remember the surgery which is something that I'd rather not have in my memory banks anyway!

I think of them as the "technology dentists" since they have all the latest gear and gadgets to make the experience be as subtle as possible. You can see your X-rays immediately on a flat-screen TV that hangs over the dentist chair, and then can flip over to watch a movie or some CNN while the dentists do their thing.

It's not often that you find such a great service, and these guys seem to be doing it right in every aspect. I've obviously always dreaded going to the dentist, but now it's almost a joy knowing that I'm in such good hands.
